Preferred Pennsylvania Pre-K Certification; emergency certification pathway available. Includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a $64,000 salary for the 10-month school year, with opportunities to grow in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Pennsylvania Pre-K Teacher Certification preferred; emergency certification pathway may be available.
• Required clearances and background checks.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Travel up to 10% for meetings and functions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons that build literacy, numeracy, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Individualize learning, track progress, and support children of all abilities.
• Collaborate with families through conferences and ongoing communication.
• Create a safe, welcoming classroom with consistent routines and safety during activities.
• Collaborate with co-teacher and education team to implement curriculum and assess child outcomes.
