Enchanted Care is seeking a Creative Preschool Teacher to join our team in Westerville, OH, working Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. The role focuses on play-based learning and early literacy, helping children build academic and social skills for Pre-K and beyond.

The ideal candidate designs engaging lessons, cultivates independence, and builds strong relationships with families. At least a high school diploma is required, with a CDA or ECE degree preferred and licensing compliance essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Previous experience in a licensed childcare center preferred.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a nurturing, enthusiastic personality.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
