Children's World Child Development Center in Alamogordo, NM is hiring a Preschool Lead Teacher / Curriculum Support Specialist to guide classrooms, mentor staff, and deliver high-quality early childhood education for ages 3–5.

You will develop engaging lesson plans, coach teachers, ensure NM licensing standards, and coordinate activities and parent communication. A degree in ECE and 1 year licensed childcare experience are required; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum planning and child development.
• Leadership ability with a passion for mentoring and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with New Mexico childcare regulations preferred.

We are seeking a passionate and driven Preschool Lead Teacher / Curriculum Support Specialist to support our classrooms, mentor teaching staff, and help deliver high-quality early childhood education for children ages 3–5.

Important Location Notice

This position is based in Alamogordo, New Mexico. Applicants must be currently local or have clear plans to relocate prior to the start date.
