The Learning Experience in Tallahassee is opening soon, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our founding team!

You will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment, provide developmentally appropriate learning experiences, and implement TLE's proprietary LEAP curriculum through hands-on, play-based learning. You will support children's development and build relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of formal childcare experience.
• Florida DCF 45-hour training certificate completed.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to meet Florida childcare licensing requirements.
• Genuine passion for working with young children.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
• Follow Florida childcare licensing, health, safety, and supervision requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the teaching team to provide exceptional care and education.
