Job summary

The Learning Experience in Tallahassee, Florida is seeking a full-time childcare educator. This role requires 1–2+ years of formal childcare experience and a Florida DCF 45-hour training certificate, with responsibilities that include creating a safe, nurturing classroom and delivering developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Provide developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• Implement TLE’s proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum through hands‑on, play-based learning
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and coworkers
• Keep children engaged through creativity, music, movement, exploration, and play
• Communicate regularly with families about their child's experiences, milestones, and accomplishments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
• Follow all applicable Florida childcare licensing, health, safety, and supervision requirements
• Work collaboratively with the teaching team to provide exceptional care and education

• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field
