Job summary

Learn And Play Montessori Schools is hiring for a full-time position at our Sunnyvale campus. The role focuses on creating a warm, safe classroom where children are encouraged to learn through Montessori + STEM activities.

You will partner with families and staff to ensure high-quality care and education. Responsibilities include daily supervision, collaboration with families, and supporting enrollment and program growth.

Qualifications

• 12 core ECE Units & Infant/toddler course completed.
• CDA Credential is required or strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support enrollment, accreditation, growth and engagement with center staff and leadership.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
• Implement Montessori + STEM curriculum in a way that fits each child’s needs.
