Role Responsibilities:

1. Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for children to learn, play, and grow.
2. Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
3. Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with infants, toddlers, and preschool children, tailored to each child's needs.
4. Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore and learn.
5. Communicate regularly with parents about their children's progress through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
6. Support your center’s success by partnering with staff and leadership to meet enrollment and engagement goals.
7. Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic, playful, and educational environment.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of professional teaching experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college ECE coursework highly preferred.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required.
