Preschool Teacher – 35-40 hours, Full time, Waltham Creative Start

Sign-on bonuses based on your degree:

• $500 for a CDA.
• $750 for an Associate’s degree.
• $1,000 for a Bachelor’s degree.

Upon hire, you will need to provide official transcripts for your college degree.

Responsibilities include: Assisting in providing a developmentally appropriate preschool classroom, engaging in positive child interactions, implementing curriculum, and conducting child assessments. Collaborate with the center team to ensure comprehensive services for each child and family, including health, nutrition, mental health, social services, community, and family engagement.

Teacher must have:

• An Associate’s degree and meet MA EEC Teacher qualifications.
• An hourly rate from $15.00 to $18.00, depending on education level.
