The Learning Village in Mars is seeking a Preschool Teacher to engage the minds of our young learners and to foster strong connections with families. You will nurture a safe, positive classroom where children feel valued and excited to learn through hands-on activities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of childcare experience (babysitting counts).
• Friendly, playful, and great at leading activities.
• Strong communicator with kids, parents, and staff.
• CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to get trained with us).
• Able to meet licensing requirements (clearances, health checks, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Love and care for a classroom of curious kiddos.
• Substitute in different classrooms each day helping the teachers.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment.
• Join in on special activities, songs, and projects.
