Job summary

The Learning Experience in Lombard, IL is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where children learn through play and the LEAP curriculum. You will build strong relationships with families, implement LEAP with our fun characters, and help children grow academically and emotionally.

The role requires 1 year of teaching (preferred) or 6 months (required) and an associate degree in ECE or related field (preferred) or a high school

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
• Passionate about caring for children and creating engaging learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement our proprietary LEAP curriculum using our fun and engaging characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
