Role Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom for children to learn, play, and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum with infants, toddlers, and preschool children, tailored to their individual needs.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment for children.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children's progress via various channels.
• Support the center’s success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of professional teaching experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required; college ECE coursework highly preferred.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred but not required.
