As a Child Care Kindergarten Prep Teacher, you will:

1. Guide a teaching team to develop classroom plans, goals, and lead hands-on activities based on your observations of the children's interests and needs.
2. Communicate daily with parents and document important milestones in their child's day.
3. Maintain a safe and clean classroom by following established procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet minimum education and experience requirements:

1. At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
2. CDA or higher level of education; AA in ECE or higher preferred.
3. At least 1 year of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool.
4. Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).

Compensation Range: $17.50 - $21.35 / hr
