Job summary

Primrose School Franchising SPE, LLC in Liberty, Missouri is seeking a caring Preschool Teacher to create a fun, engaging classroom where children learn through play, exploration, and discovery, building confidence and early learning skills for kindergarten. You will follow our curriculum, support literacy, math, science, and social development, and work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Monday to Friday.

Prior childcare experience is helpful but not required; we train the right person who is patient, dependable,

We're looking for a caring, dependable Preschool Teacher who enjoys creating a fun, engaging classroom where children can learn through play, exploration, and discovery.

What You'll Do

• Create engaging learning experiences through stories, art, music, movement, and hands-on activities
• Support early literacy, math, science, language, and problem-solving skills
• Encourage creativity, confidence, independence, and positive social skills
• Follow our curriculum while making learning fun and age-appropriate
• Support daily routines including meals, bathroom needs, and rest time
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

The schedule includes a 1-hour lunch break.

Schedules may occasionally vary based on the needs of the school, classroom coverage, and staff availability. No weekends are required.
