Primrose School of Liberty in Kansas City, MO is seeking a caring Pre-K Teacher to nurture young learners and help them develop foundational skills for kindergarten. You'll create an engaging classroom, plan age-appropriate activities, and support daily routines from breakfast to nap time.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with no weekend shifts. You’ll partner with families, follow our curriculum, and contribute to a warm, safe environment that fosters curiosity and independence.

Pre‑K is an exciting year of growth. Children are becoming more independent, building friendships, asking thoughtful questions, and developing the skills they need to feel confident as they head to kindergarten.
At Primrose School of Liberty, we're looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Pre‑K Teacher to help children learn, explore, and prepare for their next big adventure.
You'll create an engaging classroom where children can learn through play, hands‑on experiences, and meaningful activities. Your day may include:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
The schedule includes a 1-hour lunch break.
Schedules may occasionally vary based on the needs of the school, classroom coverage, and staff availability. No weekends are required.
We're looking for someone who is:
Previous preschool or Pre‑K experience is helpful, but not required. We're happy to train the right person with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and genuine heart for children.
