Job summary

The Learning Experience in Kansas is seeking passionate early education teachers to lead engaging classrooms. You will foster a safe, nurturing environment and deliver the LEAP curriculum using our engaging characters to make learning fun.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in ECE or related field is required.
• 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Must meet applicable background screening and state licensing requirements.
• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the overall classroom management, leading a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the L.E.A.P curriculum and have the unique opportunity to use engaging characters to drive the curriculum.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
