Zusammenfassung

The Learning Experience is hiring dedicated teachers to lead classrooms in a safe and nurturing environment. You will engage children with our LEAP curriculum and innovative teaching tools, creating joyful and educational experiences.

We value growth, offer ongoing training, and support professional development to advance your career in early childhood education.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
• Must meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements.

• Be responsible for the overall classroom management, leading a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the proprietary LEAP curriculum using engaging characters to drive the curriculum.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children’s adventures and achievements through apps and personal discussions.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
