About The Goddard School in Hershey, PA:
We are seeking a passionate Lead Teacher for our Preschool program. Our focus is on putting our teachers first to create a nurturing environment where young children can thrive through an engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum. You will lead daily activities, inspire young minds, and collaborate with a supportive team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
- 1-2 years of experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
- Successful completion of state-required pre-service training
- Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when handling children
