Primrose School at the Galleria in Houston, TX is seeking a Preschool Teacher to join our team. You will nurture and guide preschool-aged children using our Balanced Learning curriculum and digital tools, while building trusted relationships with families. This role emphasizes daytime hours with no nights or weekends.

You’ll be part of a supportive on-site team focused on health, safety, and growth, receiving ongoing training and opportunities for advancement in a joyful childcare environment.

Qualifications

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
• Experience in early childhood education and preschool settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge

Salary Range

$12-$14 (Depending on experience)

Shift Schedule

9:00-6:00 and 9:30-6:30
