Job summary

The Learning Experience in Glen Mills, PA is seeking a dedicated Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team. The role supports Lead Teachers by delivering engaging activities and maintaining a safe, nurturing classroom for young children.

We value reliable, caring individuals with a love for early childhood education and the ability to work well in a team. Prior preschool or daycare experience is preferred; state licensing and background checks must be met.

Experience

Preschool, daycare, childcare, or Early Childhood Education experience preferred

We are looking for a reliable, caring, and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience.

What You'll Do

• Help create a safe, fun, and engaging classroom
• Assist with daily lessons, activities, play, meals, rest, and classroom routines
• Actively supervise and care for children
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Communicate positively with parents and families
• Work closely with Lead Teachers and center leadership
• Follow all childcare licensing, health, and safety requirement

What We're Looking For

• Dependable and punctual with consistent attendance
• Genuine love for working with young children
• Positive, energetic, patient, and professional
• Able to work well with a team and accept coaching
• Previous preschool, daycare, childcare, or Early Childhood Education (ECE) experience preferred
• CDA, ECE coursework, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Must meet applicable state childcare licensing and background requirements
