The Learning Experience - Jenison, MI is seeking an experienced Preschool Teacher to create an engaging classroom where children are excited to learn, explore, create, and grow. You will guide daily routines and implement our LEAP Curriculum.

You’ll help children strengthen language, literacy, and social-emotional skills through purposeful play and hands-on learning. This full-time role offers competitive pay and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous professional preschool, daycare, childcare, or early childhood experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading or taking ownership of a classroom preferred.
• CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, or related credentials are a plus.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Dependable, nurturing, energetic, and team-oriented.
• Ability to meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements.

• Follow Michigan childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements.

Preschool Teacher - Early Childhood Education

Location: The Learning Experience - Jenison, MI

Pay: $17-$21 per hour, based on experience and credentials

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm or 9:30am-6:30pm

The Learning Experience - Jenison is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to create an engaging classroom where children are excited to learn, explore, create, and grow.

As a Preschool Teacher, you'll help children strengthen their language, independence, friendships, early academic skills, and confidence through purposeful play and hands-on learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily routines and learning experiences in a Preschool classroom
• Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Create engaging activities supporting early literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional development
• Encourage independence, communication, problem-solving, and positive peer relationships
• Maintain consistent classroom routines and positive guidance
• Observe children's development and maintain required classroom documentation
