Cadence Education is hiring a Preschool Teacher in Gainesville, VA. Join a team that creates a warm, safe space for children to explore and learn through an innovative, play-based curriculum.

You will collaborate with fellow teachers to deliver age-appropriate lessons and share milestones with families. This full-time role offers hourly pay between $16.00 and $19.00, plus on-demand pay, tuition discount, 401(k) matching, health benefits, PTO, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Minimum 6 months experience as preschool teacher or in licensed daycare.
• Flexible and ready to shine during business hours.
• Preferred: CDA or college degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.

Job Description
