Job Summary

As a Preschool Teacher at Celebree School, you'll be at the heart of the action, creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that sparks curiosity and ignites young minds. Your mission? To ensure that Celebree's mission, vision, and values shine through in every activity, while providing preschool children with educational experiences that are as fun as they are enriching. Responsibilities

As a Preschool Teacher, you will be provided with the tools, resources, and training to:

· Develop and implement creative, developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that foster learning, curiosity, and exploration among preschool-aged children.

· Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom atmosphere where preschoolers feel safe, valued, and encouraged to express themselves and learn through play.

· Incorporate language-rich activities, storytelling, and early literacy experiences into daily routines to support communication skills, vocabulary development, and a love of reading.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment, including materials, equipment, and play areas, to facilitate optimal learning and exploration.

· Communicate openly and regularly with parents, sharing insights, updates, and progress on their child's development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; CDA credential or higher preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in Early Childhood Education.
• Strong understanding of child development, behavior, and childcare licensing regulations.
• Excellent classroom management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Patience and flexibility are essential.
  Certifications: CPR and First Aid preferred.
