Merryhill Preschool in Davis, CA is seeking a Toddler Teacher to join our growing early childhood education team. Our toddler program sparks curiosity, builds confidence, and supports every child’s development through play and discovery.

You design age‑appropriate activities, maintain a warm routine, partner with families, and collaborate with co‑teachers and leaders to deliver exceptional learning experiences daily. This role requires patience, flexibility, and a love for working with babies.

Qualifications

• 12 Core ECE Units in Early Childhood Education, including 3 Infant/Toddler units.
• CDA in Infant Toddler.
• 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Job description

  • Completed 12 Core ECE Units in Early Childhood Education, including 3 Infant/Toddler units.
  • an awarded CDA in Infant Toddler.
• 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
• Authorization to work in the United States

• Signing Bonus: This position is eligible for a signing bonus totaling $2,500, paid in installments as follows: $500 after 30 days of employment, $1,000 after 90 days of employment, and $1,000 after 6 months of employment. All bonus payments are subject to standard tax withholdings.
