Job summary

Alliance Center for Education in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Preschool Teacher for Infants and Toddlers. The role offers an hourly range of $21.00 to $28.00 with a $500 hiring bonus tied to a 90-day performance milestone. The position emphasizes nurturing early learning and partnership with families.

You will implement play-based curricula, support development across domains, and collaborate with teaching assistants to deliver daily lessons in a supportive classroom setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of CDA for infant/toddler teachers or willingness to obtain within 1 year.
• Experience working with children birth to 5 years.
• Background check with fingerprints and pre-employment screenings will be required.

What You Bring:
