Alliance Center for Education is hiring a Preschool Teacher to nurture 3–5 year olds in a developmentally appropriate setting. You will implement play-based curricula and collaborate with a teaching assistant to deliver engaging daily lessons.

Applicants should hold a CDA or commit to obtaining it within a year, with strong communication skills, and a willingness to support families and colleagues in a diverse classroom.

Qualifications

• Must hold CDA or be willing to obtain within 1 year.
• Experience with children ages birth to 5 years.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Implement individualized, play-based curriculum.
