Job summary

The Learning Experience - Cary is seeking a Preschool Teacher who nurtures curiosity and growth in young learners. You will partner with the classroom team to create a welcoming space for play and learning, while implementing our LEAP Curriculum® across age groups.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with ECE coursework preferred, and must meet state guidelines for the role. This position offers a supportive, family-oriented environment and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and learn from the teachers in your classroom to create a welcoming, engaging space for children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children as appropriate.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing your children's adventures and achievements through apps or discussions.
• Support center goals around enrollment and engagement by collaborating with staff and leadership.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment.

Preschool Teacher Role Responsibilities:

Partner with and learn from the teachers in your classroom to create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for children to learn, play and grow

Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning

Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.

Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.

Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.

Support your center’s success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.

Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
