Job summary

The Learning Experience in Canton, Ohio is hiring a Preschool Teacher for a part-time schedule (30 hours per week, 12:00-6:00 pm, Monday–Friday) with potential to move to full-time within the year.

You will create a safe, nurturing classroom, implementing the LEAP curriculum and building strong relationships with families to support children's academic and emotional growth. A required associate degree or higher in ECE or related field, and 6 months–1 year of teaching experience, are expected.

Qualifications

• At least six months of professional teaching experience is required or one year+ preferred.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field is required.
• Strong ability to engage and support preschool learners.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement our LEAP curriculum through fun, engaging activities.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues and communicate progress with parents.

As a Preschool Teacher, you will:

• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
