Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where preschoolers can learn through play. You will implement the LEAP curriculum and help children grow academically and emotionally.

You will build strong relationships with families and colleagues, share updates with parents via apps and discussions, and participate in ongoing professional development with a flexible schedule for student well-being.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
• A genuine passion for the education and care of children.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the LEAP curriculum using engaging characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to support learning through play.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children's adventures and progress via apps and discussions.

As a Preschool Teacher, you will:

• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
