Job summary

Acquire4Hire LLC is seeking a Preschool Teacher in Buckeye, AZ to nurture young learners and partner with families in a vibrant preschool community. You will create a safe, engaging learning environment, plan weekly lessons, and communicate daily with parents while bringing joy and enthusiasm to every day.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 6+ months of childcare experience, and adherence to required safety and training certifications.

Qualifications

• TB Test and fingerprint clearance as required.
• First Aid/CPR - Child/Infant and Adult (In Person Training only).
• 25 hours of professional development online or in person annually—Free to employee.
• 6+ months experience in a child care setting, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Loving and nurturing children while creating a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
• Praying regularly for the children, families, and team members at Garden City.
• Engaging children through interactive play, stories, music, and hands‑on learning experiences.
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.
• Ensuring the safety and well‑being of every child by remaining attentive to their individual and group needs throughout the day.
• Planning and implementing weekly lesson plans that inspire curiosity, creativity, and growth.
• Communicating daily with parents to share updates about their child's learning, development, and experiences.
• Bringing joy, enthusiasm, and FUN to each day while helping children learn and thrive!
