Job summary

Ecole 360 Child Development Centers invites applicants for a Preschool Teacher. Join a teacher-first culture in a European-inspired program that values quality and balance.

In this in-person role, you will create a warm classroom, support developmental milestones, implement our Learning Beyond Paper curriculum, and partner with families daily. Monday through Friday, with competitive hourly pay and solid benefits.

Qualifications

• Early Childhood Teacher Qualified - CDA or college coursework (6 ECE credit hours).
• Experience working with this age group preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A calm, patient, and professional approach to caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, engaging classroom environment.
• Support early developmental milestones through intentional interactions.
• Implement lesson plans from our Learning Beyond Paper curriculum
• Support each child’s social, emotional & academic growth
• Partner professionally with families.
• Follow health, safety, and licensing standards with care and consistency.
