The ideal candidate has an Associate or Bachelor's degree or state teaching certification, strong knowledge of child development, excellent communication, and a commitment to health and safety in the classroom.

Qualifications

• Associate/bachelor’s degree or state teaching certification.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines.
• Problem-solving and mediation skills.
