Job summary

SMS7 CHILDCARE LLC is seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to lead a class through the school year, assess students, and design instruction to meet both group and individual needs. You will foster an engaging, inclusive classroom that encourages curiosity and growth.

You will implement a structured curriculum, support early literacy and numeracy, and collaborate with families and staff to monitor progress and celebrate milestones in a warm, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to them.
• Strong problem-solving and mediation skills.
