Join our team as a Preschool Support Teacher at Here We Grow Early Learning Center, where you'll work alongside passionate educators in our 3-5-year-old classrooms (Explorers & Adventurers). You'll help create a joyful, engaging, and safe environment for children to learn and thrive - while also stepping in to support routines, transitions, activities, and classroom hygiene.

This is the perfect role for someone who loves being part of a collaborative team, enjoys working with preschoolers, and wants to make a difference in a center that values both excellence and heart.

You’ll Need:

Your Day Might Include:

• Jumping between our Explorers and Adventurers classrooms to help support instruction and activities.
• Assisting with learning centers, circle time, art projects, and outdoor play.
• Helping with transitions like drop-off, mealtimes, and naptime.
• Giving extra support to children who need redirection, comfort, or encouragement.
• Pitching in on classroom cleaning and sanitizing to keep our spaces safe and welcoming.
• Partnering with teachers to create a warm and consistent experience for children.
