Cedar Rapids Community School District is seeking a Teacher Associate to support preschool students, supervise them, and assist with health, toileting, behavior, and self-help skills under the direction of professional staff.

This 7.5-hour day position runs four days a week (Monday–Thursday) at $17.26 per hour. Start date is to be determined; candidates should be willing to collaborate with teachers and maintain positive relationships with students.

Qualifications

• Must have 12 credit hours in early childhood education.
• Must hold a current CDA credential.
• Two years post-secondary education or Paraeducator certificate.
• CPR and pediatric first aid must be obtained.

Responsibilities
