Acelero Learning, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Substitute Preschool Teacher for a fixed schedule at Pinto Lane, serving Head Start children aged 3–4.

This part-time role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week and is location-fixed. You will collaborate with a co-teacher to deliver high-quality, developmentally appropriate instruction using the CLASSTM framework, support families, and participate in ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for early learning and ability to foster inclusive, developmentally appropriate instruction.
• Strong communication skills with children and families.
• Experience in preschool settings and ability to adapt to diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Foster meaningful interactions using CLASSTM framework and support emotional, social, and cognitive development.
• Create a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment for 14–20 children.
• Deliver developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with curriculum goals.
• Assess child progress with ongoing assessments and tailor learning experiences.
• Engage families as partners to support learning at school and home.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
