Job Description: Soccer Coach at Super Soccer Stars

Join Super Soccer Stars, the nation's premier progressive soccer development program, as a Soccer Coach! We are seeking energetic, fun-loving individuals who enjoy working with children and are passionate about promoting life skills through soccer.

About Us

Super Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 22 years and is recognized as the largest program in the US. Our mission is to educate and inspire children through a unique curriculum, fostering memorable experiences and developing a love for movement and healthy habits.

Position Overview

We are hiring Soccer Coaches to lead fun, educational, and safe activities for children. Prior experience with children is preferred. Coaches can work 5-25 classes a week, earning $18-$25 per hour, with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities
  • Lead energetic and motivating classes, ensuring success for each child
  • Use a non-competitive, positive reinforcement approach
  • Attend regular training and follow the coaching manual
Additional Duties
  • Assist with equipment management
  • Support hiring and marketing efforts
  • Record classes for coach development
Requirements
  • Willingness to travel within Putnam County
  • Availability on weekday mornings, afternoons, and/or early evenings
  • Experience working with children and a soccer background are preferred
  • Fun, energetic, patient, attentive, punctual
Schedule

Classes are held during early mornings, after school, and weekends. Availability during these times is preferred.

Location

Classes are held across schools, parks, and recreational centers in Rockland and Putnam Counties, NY, with travel up to an hour expected.
