Amazing Athletes is seeking a Preschool Sports Coach for our Northern Colorado team. You will lead engaging sports classes for preschoolers and elementary-aged kids, fostering a love of physical activity and developing motor skills.

This part-time role offers 10-15 hours per week with pay between $20-$30 per hour. Must be 18+, pass background checks, and have reliable transportation; training will be provided to new coaches.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children is preferred.
• Strong enthusiasm for sports and children's education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a fun and encouraging learning environment.
• Must pass background checks required for working with children.
• Must be at least 18 years old, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• No prior coaching experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and lead age-appropriate sports classes for preschoolers & elementary aged athletes, ensuring a fun and safe environment.
• Motivate and engage children using positive reinforcement and creative teaching techniques.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress and development.
• Set up and take down necessary equipment for classes.
• Maintain a high level of safety and organization during all classes.
