Job summary

Soccer Shots - West Essex is hiring enthusiastic coaches to lead 30-40 minute sessions for preschool-aged children (2–8) across Essex & Union Counties, NJ. This part-time position offers a flexible, weekday schedule from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM with up to 20 hours per week.

No prior coaching experience is required; you just need a love for kids, reliability, and a passion for teaching and having fun. Training is provided, and you will represent Soccer Shots as a positive role model.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 2–8 (teaching, coaching, childcare, camp, etc.).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic knowledge of soccer rules and gameplay.
• Weekday availability between 9:00 AM-3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging, age-appropriate soccer sessions for children ages 2–8.
• Travel to schools, childcare centers, and park locations across Essex & Union Counties.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and school staff.
• Follow our curriculum while adding your own creativity and enthusiasm.
• Represent Soccer Shots as a positive role model and ambassador.
