Job summary

Soccer Shots Franchising in Essex & Union Counties, NJ is looking for enthusiastic, kid-focused Soccer Coaches to work part-time with preschool-aged children. This role requires experience with children aged 2-8 and offers a flexible schedule of up to 20 hours per week. Coaches will teach soccer sessions, build relationships with children, and represent Soccer Shots positively. The position includes paid training and opportunities for professional development, making a meaningful difference in kids’ lives.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 2–8 in a teaching or coaching capacity.
• Reliable transportation for traveling to different locations.
• Basic understanding of soccer rules and how to play.

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging, age-appropriate soccer sessions for young children.
• Travel to various schools and childcare centers.
• Build positive relationships with kids and staff.
• Follow the provided curriculum while being creative.

Skills

Experience working with children ages 2–8

Valid driver’s license

Basic knowledge of soccer rules
