COME COACH WITH US

Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer experience with a focus on character development. We positively impact children, ages 2-8, through the game of soccer. Our coaches are the best-trained in the business. Our expert-approved curriculum is age-appropriate and aligns with childhood education standards. In addition, we provide an exceptional customer experience and consistent communication with those we serve.

Dardenne Prairie, MO + 15 mi radius

IDEAL CANDIDATE

1. Confidently competent; demonstrated experience engaging and enthusiastically leading children between the ages of 2-8. Experience with soccer (player, coach, etc). Early Childhood Education background preferred but not required. Gifted with patience, excellent imagination, and stellar silly face.
2. Caring and others-oriented; known for engaging with children through specific and positive affirmations. Fervent in ensuring the safety and health of those we serve.
3. Learning mindset; motivated and seeking growth, professional development, and continuous improvement.
4. Driven and responsible, known for delivering results, honoring commitments, being organized and on-time.
5. Believes the team comes before self and is team-oriented but is also comfortable working individually and/or remotely throughout the week.
6. Thoughtful and professional communicator; shares perspectives, ideas, and feedback willingly and constructively.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Must be willing to commit to a full season; longer term opportunities also available.
2. Must have reliable transportation and active mobile phone with data plan.
3. Must successfully pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check and complete fingerprinting through MOVECHS. Applicant minimum age: 18 years old.

All employees are expected to work upon agreement of scheduled days with the Director. Employees will be required to complete comprehensive virtual and on-field training as part of the on-boarding process.
