Job summary

KinderCare seeks a site leader to supervise teachers and ensure high-quality classroom experiences. You will work to maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards at the center and build strong partnerships with families.

You will collaborate with school and district leaders, state authorities, and community partners while leading recruitment and enrollment efforts to welcome new families and children into our sites.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience with the ability to inspire a team.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff in a dynamic play-focused environment.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Meet state guidelines for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure the site is operating effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, and community partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children in our sites.
