Resource Coordinator

Part-time position starting at the beginning of August 2025.

Timberlake Christian Preschool provides care for 2- to 5-year-olds in a loving and supportive environment licensed by the Department of Early Learning. Our preschool offers families a safe environment where their children can grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually through hands-on, play-based teaching.

The Resource Coordinator at our Preschool is responsible for providing academic and behavioral support, working closely with lead teachers to ensure a nurturing and effective classroom environment and positive collaborative school culture. This role involves assisting with curriculum oversight, staff development, classroom support, behavior support, and maintaining strong communication with families and staff.

Areas of Oversight & Core Responsibilities

  • Review and approve weekly lesson plans, daily tadpoles reports, and monthly classroom newsletters.
  • Assist in leading staff meetings and team development.
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of individualized behavior plans when needed.
  • Serve as a classroom substitute and assist with staff breaks as needed.
  • Provide prompt and cheerful assistance to children, families, and coworkers.
  • Respond to parent inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.
