Job summary

Cadence Education is hiring a Preschool Program Manager to lead a dynamic team in Beverly, MA. You will coach teachers, develop engaging curricula, and manage classroom operations to create a thriving learning environment.

The role requires EEC Lead Teacher Certification for infant/toddler/preschool, at least 2 years in a preschool setting, and 1 year in leadership. Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Required: EEC Lead Teacher Certification in infant, toddler and preschool programs.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a preschool classroom.
• At least 1 year of experience managing programs or leading others.
• Schedule flexibility to work any shift between 7am–6pm.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and train teachers through onboarding and budgeting for classroom supplies.
• Spend time in classrooms, coaching teachers to elevate their skills and impact.
• Collaborate with educators to craft developmentally appropriate curricula that kids adore.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of teachers through trainings, onboarding, and budgeting for classroom supplies.
• Act as the vital link between staff and management, sharing ideas, suggestions, and concerns to drive success.
• Document and share milestones with parents, keeping them connected to their child’s journey.
