Job summary

Child-Parent Centers (CPC) is seeking experienced early childhood professionals to join our team in Tucson, AZ. This role supports a fast-paced preschool environment, fosters teamwork, and builds strong relationships with children and families.

Successful candidates will have a BA in Early Childhood Education, extensive experience with preschoolers, and a track record of supervising staff. In-person work with some evenings/weekends is possible. CPC offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Bachelor's from a recognized educational institution in Early Childhood Education or related program.
• Four (4) years documented work experience with preschool children.
• Two (2) years documented experience as a supervisor.
• Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Read, write, and speak English.
• Must pass AZ Department of Public Safety Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card prior to start date.
• Able to pass company-paid physical exam and DES Centralized Background Check.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications.

• Supervise teaching staff and support center operations.
