Job summary

Magical Beginnings is seeking a dedicated Pre-K Teacher to prepare children for kindergarten in a nurturing, joyful classroom environment.

You will develop age-appropriate activities, support social-emotional growth and collaborate with a caring team to ensure consistent, high-quality care in line with Massachusetts EEC standards.

Qualifications

• One year of experience working with preschool or Pre-K-aged children required.
• Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Create a warm, welcoming and engaging Pre-K classroom where every child feels valued and supported.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that encourage learning through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences.
• Support children’s social-emotional development, independence, and kindergarten readiness.
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families through open, respectful communication.
• Observe children’s interests, strengths, and progress to guide learning experiences.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized and inclusive classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with your teaching team and center leadership to provide high-quality care.
• Follow all company policies and Massachusetts EEC regulations and requirements.
• Bring creativity, patience and love of working with young children to the classroom.

What We’re Looking For
