Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of instructional plans under the direction of a certified teacher.
• Provide academic and behavioral support to individual students or small groups.
• Support students with varying needs, including physical, emotional, and learning differences.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
• Supervise students during transitions, recess, lunch, and other non-instructional times.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information.
• Perform clerical tasks as needed to support instruction.
