Position Summary

The Preschool Paraeducator works alongside and under the direct supervision of a licensed Early Childhood Educator to provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment for preschool-aged children. This role focuses on supporting the academic, social‑emotional, and physical development of young learners in alignment with the Iowa Early Learning Standards (IELS) and Iowa Quality Preschool Program Standards (IQPPS).
