Job summary

Arrow Christain Preschool is seeking an experienced Preschool Administrator/Floater who is dependable, energetic, organized, and passionate about working with children. This role blends administrative duties with hands-on support across the center.

Responsibilities vary daily, including center operations, classroom coverage, transportation, meal preparation, opening/closing tasks, and other duties to keep the center running smoothly. Brightwheel experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a 5-Star licensed childcare or preschool environment.
• Knowledge of childcare licensing requirements and state/county regulations.

Responsibilities

• Balance administrative duties with hands-on classroom coverage as needed.
• Assist with center operations, transportation, meal prep, and opening/closing tasks.
• Be flexible to support in any area to keep the center running smoothly.
