Job summary

Musicologie Austin seeks a warm, enthusiastic Early Childhood Music Teacher to join our studio in Austin, TX. You’ll teach private lessons on your instrument or voice and lead joyful, play-based Musicologie Junior classes for ages 0–5, with parents or caregivers present.

You’ll create a welcoming, playful environment and help foster community through performances, group classes, and events while offering ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children and families.
• Ability to adapt lessons to individual goals.
• Strong communication with kids and parents.

Responsibilities

• Teach private lessons to students of all ages.
• Lead 40‑minute Musicologie Junior classes for ages 0–5 and their grown-ups.
• Create a warm, inclusive environment for every student and family.
• Support our mission of music for every child by helping build community through performances, group classes, and events.
