Merryhill School is seeking a Preschool Multi-Classroom Teacher to support multiple classrooms, implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, and lead when needed to ensure consistent, high-quality learning experiences for our youngest students.

You will foster literacy and math foundations, collaborate with teachers and leadership, and maintain a safe, engaging environment that supports families and children’s growth.

Qualifications

• 12 semester units or a bachelor's degree in Child Development are required or preferred.
• CDA credential is preferred for candidates.
• Experience with preschool-aged children in an educational setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple preschool classrooms based on daily staffing and program needs.
• Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and learning activities.
• Step into a lead teaching role to maintain continuity of instruction.
• Foster early literacy, language development, mathematical thinking, and social-emotional growth.
• Create a warm, engaging classroom environment and communicate with families.
